1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bingo Innovation Portal ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including hall owners, administrators, managers, schedulers, and any other authorized personnel.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bingo Innovation shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3. Authorized Use
The Platform is intended for managing bingo hall operations, including but not limited to session scheduling, game configuration, pattern management, and user administration. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing bingo and gaming operations in your jurisdiction.
4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. Information entered into the Platform, including hall configurations, session data, user records, and game settings, will be stored securely and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Each hall's data is strictly isolated, and users may only access information within their authorized scope.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Bingo Innovation and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bingo Innovation provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure reliability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event shall Bingo Innovation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
Bingo Innovation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for updates.
